Delivery information We place high importance on fast delivery. Our deliveries to Europe Continent and U.K. are FREE of charge (except for the islands where additional fee may apply). All our orders are processed in same day and delivered by our own transport company. In exceptional situations and high demand we use international post companies. Client will be informed which transport company will execute his order. Medicarelax.com assure transport in good condition to client door. All orders placed of Friday afternoon or during weekend will be processed on the next business day. Transport is made by our own logistics platform.
Lead time Delivery time usually take 5-10 working days, if the massage chairs are in stock. When the massage chairs are not in stock clients will be informed with regards to delivery date. All information regarding delivery will be sent to you via email/ whats up / phone contact or you can always contact us for an update of shipment.
Return Policy Medicarelax is committed on offering clients the exact products they see on our website as well as helping/ offering assistance to client on selecting the best massage product that are most suitable for their health needs. Our top priority is that our clients are satisfied! The new massage chair should help release stress, so we make it easy for you to buy with confidence. We provide a 14 days Return policy on all our products, after the 14 days trial if client decides to return the product a 170-250 Euro return fee shall be covered for transport, by the client. Please be aware that when returning a massage chair we will send our inspection team to check the massage chair state. The massage chair can only be returned in its original box, without any damages, or scratches. Note that if the chair that has been purchased from our company has been damaged while in client possession or it does not contain the original packaging, or requires any additional refurbishing once received, this could be subject to additional charges.
